Straight out of the box, the Fender Mix has an excessively bass-heavy sound signature. While many users enjoy pronounced low frequencies, I found it too dominant here. The default audio profile is my primary concern with this model, though it improves somewhat when using the lossless Bluetooth adapter. Even in that mode, the bass remains noticeable and occasionally intrusive when it shouldn't be.
